“Julie has worked with us at Harlequins for the last 12 months and her face painting station has become a very popular fixture pre-match with our Mighty Quins Juniors and a number of our Big Kids too! She is fantastic to work with and accommodates all of our crazy requests and themes without a second thought! The artwork is amazing and the quality of her work is second to none.”

Julie has worked on various events for me over the last 7 years, both for private parties and corporate events for my business.
She is always lovely to deal with and very reliable. The quality of her face painting is particularly high and she has a superb manner with the children.
She is incredibly creative and has always been open to suggesting solutions to any problems that arise. I would certainly recommend her.
I loved having my pregnant bump painted by Julie, I wanted an original way to announce to my Facebook friends that I was having another boy – the response was amazing! It was such a relaxing experience that I treated myself to some ‘me time’ and had a further 2 paintings done throughout the course of my pregnancy! It was a great way to involve my young children – having the painting on made the babies movement clearer to see, much to the delight of his brothers who could see his response to their voices. The memories in my baby book will be forever treasured. Thank you!”
Julie is a fantastic teacher and artist! She is very encouraging and enthusiastic. Such a kind and friendly person. She shares her passion for her art in all her demonstrations and instructions and started me off on a exciting journey towards becoming a proper face painter! She is very knowledgeable and experienced and I would definitely recommend her! Thank you, Julie!

Julie first worked for me in the run-up to Christmas 2011, when she came and did the face paints for my students who were performing their end-of-term show. While busy decorating faces, and watching our dress rehearsal, she asked if we would be interested in allowing her to design and create backdrops and sets for our shows. Since Easter the following year, she has done this for each of our shows (we do three a year), each time researching the subject painstakingly, making sure what she did correlated precisely with the story and our script, and each time becoming more ambitious. She is not afraid to experiment or use media with which she is not familiar, and her flair for what she does is unsurpassed. Julie’s work astonishes me more each time, and all of this while still leading a team of face painters. There is no one I could recommend more highly in terms of dedication, hard work, and value for money. On top of all this, she is a wonderful lady. Whoever finds her should consider themselves extremely lucky.

Thanks for the fantastic body art! The ultra-violet paints showed up really well under the lights and glowed all night, it was such a great extra to have on a night out!… really good fun!

I would highly recommend First Class Faces to anyone, Julie was absolutely amazing at my Son’s fifth birthday party, somehow she managed to paint every child’s face in the space of about two hours!! Amazing artwork and we had very happy children. Will definitely be booking First Class Faces again for his sixth birthday. Amazing!
I’ve known Julie for a few years – she has face-painted at my daughters birthday parties three times! She has also done other events for me. Every time I hear the same comments – the standard of work, the professional and kind attitude, the cleanliness of the products used and the results are just excellent– it’s a great add-on to make any party really special and real value for money. She is a fabulous artist and is great for adult work as well as children. I’ve never come across better and I will never use anyone else — thank you Julie, you’re brilliant!
